Expansion into Hospitality Industry

Vineyard Capital Partners, LLC invested recently with an operating partner to be majority owner of two hotels located in Indiana and Illinois. The hotels will both undergo relatively significant renovations to improve guest experience and to more modernize the facilities. Jeff Boutwell, Managing Partner, added “We’re very excited about teaming up with our operating partner on these two properties. They have a great reputation in the industry for exceeding expectations in the properties they manage.”

Vineyard plans to expand its presence in the hospitality industry through purchase and renovation of existing hotels or construction of new properties.
