Partnership to Redevelop North Atlanta Office Property

Vineyard Capital Partners, LLC has completed a transaction to become the majority equity partner in a 200,000 square foot commercial real estate redevelopment project. The partnership and project will be managed by and co-owned with Cone Commercial Real Estate, an experienced Atlanta based firm. The approximate $25 million project will include renovating the properties, adding an onsite restaurant, improving the common areas and updating tenant spaces. Jeff Boutwell, managing member of Vineyard Capital, commented “The Governor’s Lake offices are already a beautiful development. They’re just in need of updating to bring them to their full potential. Having worked with Ryan Cone, in the past, and seeing his work, we’re really confident and excited to see the improvements take place to realize the full potential and valuation of the property”
