Completion of Residential Development in north Atlanta

Vineyard Capital is pleased to announce the completion of its partnership with Georgia Land Development Partners. The $3M+ project created 40 home sites on approximately 20 acres of land near the Windermere Country Club.

Andrew Butler, portfolio manager at Vineyard, commented “The project was a little more challenging than expected, however, I think everyone is pleased with the final results, and the investment realized returns close to the initial underwriting”.
