Jeff develops and manages relationships with partnerships and leads the design of the financing structure best suited for each partnership. He has 20 years experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and 15 years experience in Private Equity investments. Jeff also founded NewBridge Group, Inc. one of the nation’s largest funeral home business brokers. In his time as a business broker, he has assisted in the purchase, sale or financing of more than 300 businesses with a combined value of more than $500,000,000.
Ken maintains relationships and communication with the many individuals and entities who are invested in Vineyard Capital Partners, LLC. He also assists in larger strategic decisions for Vineyard and in assisting with some of the larger partnerships. Ken spent 30 years with the national management consulting firm he founded and grew to employ 150 people. He is also the Co-founder and Chairman of a privately held health maintenance organization (HMO) located in Tallahassee, Florida.
Star manages the flow of information required between all of our partnered relationships–whether it be our individual investors, funded businesses or financial institutions. Star is an experienced banking professional, having spent 13 years as the head of commercial loan servicing at BB&T bank in Tallahassee, Florida.
Andrew originates analysis of new financing opportunities and also monitors and assists with prior investments. He was formerly with Becker Capital and Finance, an investment bank in the Atlanta area, where he underwrote the financial viability of assisted living and multi-family housing projects. He also has experience in equity and equity and tax-exempt fixed income private placements.
Lisa leads the underwriting and best practices development for Vineyard’s funeral home relationships. She has a depth of experience including leading the mergers and acquisitions divisions of some of the top funeral home brokers and acquisition companies in the industry. She’s underwritten and determined the valuation of more than 200 funeral home businesses in her career and has an innate understanding of how to analyze operations to release trapped value and cash flow. Her mergers and acquisition experience includes the representation and sale of more than $200 million in combined value. Lisa is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in economics. She has a passion for exercise and enjoys active outdoor activities like kayaking and cycling
Tamra manages the daily accounting and record keeping and oversees the administration of financial contracts with partners. She brings over fifteen years of operational accounting experience to Vineyard, with a background in commercial RE asset and property management.
Tamra has a passion for finding opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency that will benefit our operating partners.
Louis joined Vineyard in 2016 after serving as lead partner of James Moore & Company, Vineyard's CPA firm and auditor. Louis assists Vineyard with tax strategy, consolidated reporting, tax preparation, and reporting to investors. He has significant experience in all aspects of public accounting, including accounting for small businesses, financial analysis and planning, succession planning, tax planning and preparation, and auditing, to clients representing a wide range of industries. Specific industry experience includes insurance, healthcare, real estate, construction projects and the funeral home industry. Louis has a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida, is licensed as Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Florida Institute of CPA's.
